Chris Campbell is a partner in the firm. He was raised in Montgomery County, Maryland, just outside of Washington, D.C. He received his BA, MBA, and JD from the University of Maryland prior to relocating to Long Beach, California during early 2001. His current focus is on the firm’s personal injury, business, and appellate practices.
Chris was affiliated with the Los Angeles firm of Geragos & Geragos from 2001 to 2006, during which time he worked on most of the firm’s high profile cases including the Scott Peterson and Michael Jackson matters. He was also an associate at the Long Beach firm of Kaiser & Swindells during 2006.
While a solo practitioner (2007-2015) Chris obtained multiple million-dollar plus verdicts/judgments in matters ranging from partnership disputes to personal injury ($4.8 million jury verdict against Barron Nicholas Hilton). Chris has also obtained published opinions in both the California Court of Appeal and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
Chris has served in leadership capacities of several legal organizations including the Long Beach Bar Association (97th President – 2014, Board Member – 2008-2015), the Joseph A. Ball/Clarence S. Hunt . American Inn of Court (Membership Chair – 2013-2014, member – 2006-present), and the Long Beach Bar Foundation (Board Member – 2013-2015). He has also been a proud participant in the Long Beach Bar Association’s mentoring program at Cabrillo High School in Long Beach.
