1. To relieve you of time consuming burdens dealing with insurance companies to focus on regaining your health and getting back to work. We organize the evidence necessary to prove your case and satisfy the insurance company’s need to “document their file.” Once you retain me, the insurance company is not even allowed to speak with you.

We prepare each case to go to trial so that there likely will be no need to go to trial. The insurance company responds more appropriately to a carefully documented and meticulously prepared claim.

Representing those who seek justice for wrongs done to them, either by negligence or intentional action, is a satisfying profession. While some lawyer advertising and media representations of lawyers demeans the nobility of this calling, successful results are best achieved when the highest standards of ethics and professionalism are maintained. We represent people who aren’t looking to take advantage of the system, rather to employ it to find justice. I like being at the fulcrum of that conflict to frame cases in such a way to achieve the desired result. You need not sacrifice your standards by bringing a personal injury claim.
